HOW TO ENJOY
Mix 1tsp of Tuck Me In blend with your preferred sweetener (we love maple syrup or raw honey). Stir in 250ml of hot or cold plant-based milk. Because we haven't added any thickeners or emulsifiers, gravity has a habit of making your powdery goodness sink. So, stir often and enjoy this nurturing end to your day. Drink this soothing blend each evening before bed to help prepare for sleep.
Now, if you have raised cortisol, your body thinks a Saber-toothed tiger is chasing you, which impacts sleep. So reducing stress is key to improving your sleep quality.
WHICH MILK?
We recommend organic, unsweetened coconut milk. Its slightly sweet, nutty flavour is the perfect compliment to My Daily Chai's subtle spiciness. Soy and dairy milk tend to overpower the aroma and taste of our blends.
Creamy cashew, rich hazelnut, smooth macadamia, activated almond… hemp or flax are all great plant-based options.
TIP: When you heat nut milk, go slow as it separates when boiled.
