Shipping policy

We know your hormones need support as soon as possible which is why we aim to ship your 100% organic, My Daily Chai package as soon as possible. 

All orders are shipped the following day. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping notifications are sent when the parcel is dispatched to Australia Post.

AUSTRALIA
Orders within Australia are sent with Australia Post. Australian shipping on orders under $70 is a flat rate of $8.95. Australian orders over $70 are shipped free. 

INTERNATIONAL
We currently use Australia Post for all International orders. 

International shipping on orders under $100 is a flat rate of $25. International orders over $100 are shipped free. 

• We do not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer

Authority To Leave
If your package doesn't fit into your letterbox and you are not at home to receive your delivery, Australia Post will leave a delivery attempt notice. This notice will advise where and when your package is available for collection from the post office.
