Mix 1tsp of Pick Me Up blend with your preferred sweetener (we love maple syrup or raw honey). Add 250ml of your favourite milk, either hot or cold. Because we haven't added any thickeners or emulsifiers, gravity has a habit of making your powdery goodness sink. So, stir often and enjoy.

WHICH MILK?

We recommend organic, unsweetened almond milk. Its slightly sweet, nutty flavour is the perfect compliment to My Daily Chai's subtle spiciness. Soy and dairy milk tend to overpower the aroma and taste of our blends.

Creamy cashew, rich hazelnut, smooth macadamia, sweet coconut…hemp, oat, rice, or flax are all great plant-based options.

TIP: When you heat nut milk, go slow as it separates when boiled.

THE BEST BY A MILE

I’m a serial purchaser of healthy drinks, and this is THE BEST I’ve ever tried, by a mile! Some products I’ve tried focus on health, but taste terrible. Others taste great, but aren’t very healthy. This is the perfect combination of both. I was literally addicted after the first afternoon mug! I can’t imagine myself ever reaching for an unhealthy afternoon snack ever again now I have this Pick Me Up brew to keep me going. The energy boost was great, but without the typical come down from having sugar. Amazing, you must try this!

NO MORE CRAVINGS

This punchy choc chai blend is my new best friend. I’ve always been an afternoon chocolate craver and always have a selection bars in my desk draw. But after finding this afternoon treat, I don’t crave those naughty afternoon snacks at all. This tastes so good and such a healthy option. The little kick of energy is perfect to help get me through until home time. I’ve shared it with a couple of my work colleagues who are now ‘stealing’ it from my draw, so I’ll send them your way to get their own!

Definitely recommend this good stuff! I blitz up an afternoon chocolate smoothie which curbs cravings for crappy snacks. I can feel an almost instant boost in my energy and feel more focused. The chilli packs a zingy punch and is a perfect mix with the chocolate. I love that you use Ceremonial Cacao in this blend. SO SURPRISED AT THE CHANGE

OMG this tastes amazing! I didn’t expect I’d feel any different, but within a few days of drinking Pick Me Up, I started having more energy in the afternoons. I’m no longer craving an unhealthy chocolate bar (which used to be my daily go to). It’s so delicious, and actually works, that I’ve recommended it to friends and colleauges who also struggle with afternoon energy dips.
