THE WHAT

1/2 frozen banana (or frozen cauliflower for fruit-free)

1/2 cup ice (pre-crush for sensitive blenders)

1/4 cup of your favourite nut (cashew, Brazil, hazelnut)

1-2 tsps My Daily Chai - Make My Day blend

1 or 2 Medjool dates, pitted (or 1-2 tsp honey/maple syrup)

250ml coconut or filtered water

Dash of pure vanilla extract


THE HOW

  • Whiz everything together in a blender until smooth.  
  • Pour into a mason jar.
  • Sip through a stainless steel or bamboo straw (because plastic sucks).  
  • Enjoy!
